10. NON- SOLICITING- As per NON- Soliciting policy

1. Purpose

This policy is designed to prevent the solicitation of candidates, trainers, assessors, employees, employers, customers, stakeholders, users of Kaushal Ganga, and business partners of other similar platforms, including but not limited to brands, manufacturers, suppliers, and retailers (hereinafter referred to as ‘Authorized Users’). It ensures ethical business practices and protects the professional relationships of NAEC - Sustainable Livelihood Mission.
