FEE REFUND POLICY

We are committed to transparency and fairness in handling all refund requests. Below is our policy to guide you through the process:

Refund Request before Commencement of Course.

1. Timing for Refund Request:

  • Refund requests for training fee shall be made within three days of making the payment on the NATC portal.
  • Refund requests for training fee shall be made at least three days before the closure/freezing of the batch on the NATC portal.
  • The registration fee and application fee are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Submission Details:

  • Requests should be emailed, or the grievance/request should be raised by the candidate by downloading and filing the form.

3. Processing Time:

  • Upon receipt of the refund request and subject to the satisfaction of the eligibility conditions, the refund will be processed within 7 to 15 working days.
  • The refund will be issued via cheque.
  • If the refund request is made after the specified period or if the candidate is ineligible for a refund, this will be communicated.
