Training fee policy

1. Introduction

This policy aims to outline the fee structure for candidates using the NAEC training portal for registration in training courses and job applications. All fees are non-refundable and must be paid through the available online payment methods.

2. Fee Structure

a. Platform Fee

Candidates are required to pay Rs. 25 at the time of registration on the portal.

b. Course Registration Fee

Candidates are required to pay Rs. 100 to select a relevant job role and submit an application.

c. Training Fee Structure

The total training fee will depend on the training hours of the selected job role. The detailed breakdown is provided below:

  • Training Fee: Rs. 49 per training hour
  • Assessment Fee: Rs. 1200 (One-time payment for evaluation and certification)
  • Placement Fee: Rs. 5000 (One-time payment for job placement services)

Total Training Cost = (Training Hours × Rs. 49) + Rs. 1200 + Rs. 5000

Note: Usually fees are not refundable, however, in exceptional cases, fees may be refunded as per the refund policy.
