What We Do
At NAECEPC Export Promotion Council, we are dedicated to supporting the growth, innovation, and sustainability of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and the apparel and textile industries. Through our specialized centres and programs, we aim to foster economic growth, skill development, and sustainability.

- Centres of Excellence (COEs): We set up specialized centres focused on best practices, leadership, research, training, and skill development in the textile and apparel sectors.
- Common Facility Centres (CFCs): We establish and operate shared infrastructure, providing services like testing, design, sampling, skill development, and raw material depots to enhance productivity and innovation in local communities.
- Promoting Green & Sustainable Manufacturing: Our goal is to promote green and sustainable manufacturing technologies across clusters, enabling businesses to adopt eco-friendly practices and improve competitiveness.
- Skill Development & Training: We provide institutions for manpower development, focusing on specialized needs in the apparel industry, with a focus on skill upgradation and certification.
- Research & Innovation: Our company invests in research, technology, and product development to enhance existing systems and introduce innovative solutions, including Industry 4.0 technologies, additive manufacturing, and renewable energy solutions.
- Apparel Parks & Clusters: We undertake projects to build and operate textile parks, clusters, and social economic zones with state-of-the-art facilities, aimed at the holistic development of the industry.
- Export Promotion: We support Farmers Producers Organizations (FPOs) by providing facilities for processing, storage, testing, packaging, and cold chains to enhance export capabilities.
- Infrastructure Development: We create and upgrade industrial infrastructure, offering services such as logistics, raw material banks, renewable energy generation, and waste management to foster the growth of MSMEs.
- Collaborations & Partnerships: We collaborate with industry leaders, government bodies, and training providers to create innovation hubs, skill development centres, and continuous learning opportunities for individuals and businesses in the textile sector.
- Community Growth & Development: We actively promote the growth and development of the garment and textile community, focusing on fostering cooperation, shared resources, and overall industry progress.
