- Industry-Oriented Training: NATC facilitates skill development courses designed to equip candidates with industry-specific knowledge and practical skills. Our training programs are structured to meet current industry demands and standards, ensuring a high-quality learning experience.
- Registration: By registering on the NATC portal, candidates confirm their willful participation in the training programs offered. Registration must be completed accurately and truthfully. Any false information provided during registration may result in disqualification from courses.
- Eligibility: Candidates are required to meet the eligibility criteria set forth for each course. These criteria include educational qualifications, prior experience, entry age, or other prerequisites specific to the course. Candidates must ensure that they meet these requirements before enrolling.
- Course Completion and Assignments: Candidates are required to complete all assignments, formative assessments, and coursework as part of the training program. Non-completion of assignments may affect the candidate’s eligibility for practical training, final assessments, and certification. The assignments must be submitted within the provided timelines.
- Practical Training: Upon successful completion of the theoretical training as stated, candidates will be provided with practical training in a classroom/lab or an industry setting. This hands-on experience is crucial for enhancing the candidate's skills and preparing them for employment opportunities in the relevant field.
- Employment and Job Placement: Based on the performance in the final assessments and subsequent certification, candidates may be eligible for job placement with our industry partners. However, job placement will depend on the candidate’s performance in the hiring interviews, available opportunities, and industry requirements.
- Salary: Once a candidate is successfully appointed to a job, their salary will be in accordance with industry standards for the role and location. NATC does not guarantee any specific salary amount as it is subject to employer policies and market conditions.
- Compliance with Organization Policies: Upon employment, candidates are required to adhere to the policies, rules, and regulations set forth by the employer organization. This includes, but is not limited to, working hours, code of conduct, attendance, confidentiality, and other organizational guidelines.
- Modification of Terms: NATC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the registered candidates via email or through notifications on the NATC portal. It is the candidate's responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.
By using the NATC portal and enrolling in a training program, candidates agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined above.
